What is disc golf
Disc golf is a variant of the game of golf but instead of golf balls and golf clubs the game is played using discs.
The object of the game is to throw the disc into the target known as the "pole hole" trying to use the least amount of throws. The metal chains of this target will stop the disc mid-air so it lands in the basket.
Trees, ponds and possibly hills constitute the natural setting of a disc golf course.
After an initiation period concerning the discs, the targets and the different throwing techniques of the discs the contestants will complete a course of 9 or 18 holes.
You will compete as a team and as individuals and you will see your technique improving as the game progresses.
Disc golf is suitable for everyone: young, those a bit older, sportive and less sportive.
It is a fun outing for friends or colleagues and why not invite your clients to a disc golf initiation at your company!
Disc golf can also be implemented as a workshop or a competition.
